STUDENT / SELF EMPLYED 0% balance transfer possibilities?

I have recently gone back to full time education and I work as a freelance photographer. I have in the past used balance transfers at 0% to save paying and reducing my debt. I have successfully consolidated with my own bank RBS to pay off a loan and credit card bill with them when I was earning over £20k to pay it off real quick.

I am now a student and I would like to transfer to a 0% but feel I am unable to as I do not have an income at present while studying. I work part time but for myself. Is there anyway around this. I am looking to transfer circa 3k to pay off without high interest.

Any advice? Thanks :)
