Don't know if this is appropriate or not given the complexity of your case and how far it has gone thus far, but Which? offer a really good unlimited legal advice service over the phone and another option for phone and email support by qualified specialist lawyers (Inc. Employment law)
It might be more cost effective for you.
I'm thinking they might be a good bet, having used them before for a past consumer issue.if i had known then what i know now0 -
Thanks. I may try calling Which? to see if they can help. I have started looking at some case reports and can see a case can be won if an employer fails to select a fair pool and if consultation is inadequate. This is where I need, I believe, to focus my case.0
