Autoquake HP issues???
In January this year I purchased a car from Autoquake and took out finance on the car.
I now have a company car so wanted to clear the finance and sell the car. I rang the creditors concerned and asked for a redemption figure. They said there wasn't any HP on the car and they had no record of it. They advised me to ring the company I'd purchased it from. Before I did that I checked my bank statement and found no payments had ever been taken for the finance..
So I rang Autoquake only to get a recorded message saying the company was in administration.
So I now have a car with no HP and no one to ring to get it sorted.
Do I have a free car???

Do a HPI check on the car, it should reveal if it has outstanding finance.0
