Can i turn yesterdays boiled(skin on)tatties,into todays crispy wedges?

Cooked too many new potatoes yesterday,cooked in pressure cooker with skin on,ive put the leftovers in the fridge,is there anyway these will crisp up as potato wedges if i blast them in my halogen oven?,we're having HM pizza for dinner,tatties wont go but i thought wedges would.Is there anything i can sprinkle on them/add to them to help them go crispy?thanks.

I have no idea about a halogen oven, but you could try shallow frying them in hot oil.It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your window

Yes. Chop them into wedges or slices, toss them in a little oil, or use a spray oil. Place them on a roasting tray, sprinkle with any herbs or seasonings you plan to use and roast. I would use 200oc and keep an eye on them as they probably won't take much longer than 10-15 mins at the most - think Oven Chips as this is more or less the same process.0

I would do (and have done) exactly as SallyForth has suggested. They're nice sprinkled with a little chilli and garlic powder.
