New Paypal scam. (well new to me)

Got this, this morning. looks like a genuine Paypal/Skype mail, but its a scam. The return address goes to a scammer and using neat way to get your details, at the bottom of the 'Invoice' is this, which redirects you to a scam site that wants your Paypal details

"Issues with this transaction?
If you haven't authorized this charge, open a dispute at:
https://www.paypal.co.uk/helpcenter/open_dispute and get a full refund."

DONT TOUCH IT .
The DWP = Legally kicking the Disabled when they are down.

    If you search the sticky about spam and scams I think it has been mentioned there a few times.

    This is quite an old phish but you might not have seen it before as it is usually picked up and destroyed by any decent virus protection.

    Ive seen the old ones but this one was very good and incredibly authentic looking

    Ahh I AM 100% sure my mobile was not hacked.

    I dont have a Mobile !! The bloody things are useless.
