New Paypal scam. (well new to me)

Got this, this morning. looks like a genuine Paypal/Skype mail, but its a scam. The return address goes to a scammer and using neat way to get your details, at the bottom of the 'Invoice' is this, which redirects you to a scam site that wants your Paypal details

The DWP = Legally kicking the Disabled when they are down.

If you search the sticky about spam and scams I think it has been mentioned there a few times.
