Barclays Partner Finance
I started a Computeach course a few years ago, but because of the hideousness of the course itself i never completed the first part of the course...
The full course cost £5,000, but the part i did not finish only cost £2,000...
I have paid the £5,000 in full, but still have another two grand in interest to pay, unfortunately I have been made unemployed and can no longer afford to pay £143 a month...
Computeach took the loan out on my behalf with Clydesdale, I agrred to this because I have had problems with Barclaycard in the past and would NEVER have chose Barclays, It seems however that Clydesdale Finance is now Barclays Partner Finance...
I asked if they might waive the interest and they said no, where do I stand?

Nope, I tried and they said they don't do refunds of any kind...0

I had a similar experience although I was lucky enough to be able to borrow off family.
I injured my shoulder whilst on a course with OLCI (actually on one of their workshops) and could not complete the course.
OLCI refused to refund any money and said that I could continue the course if I signed a waiver eliminating them from any further injuries occured whilst on their premises.
Back on topic, speak to BPF and explain the situation saying that you are now unemployed and have no money coming in. Speak to the CAB and see if they can help.Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0
