Blackhorse "Collection Activity Fee"

Hey all,
Hope your all enjoying the sunshine!!

As I was sitting in the garden having a beer (or two), something came into my mind and I am asking for your advice on the matter.

I opened a Hire Purchase Agreement in 2007 for my partner (now ex) and after alot of fighting with Blackhorse and finally taking the matter to the FOS, I was left with a debt of £5800 which was taken to a Debt Collection Agency. I am currently paying them £50 a month to pay this off as thats all I can afford.

With the help of alot of people on this site, I managed to claim back credit card charges and PPI premiums a few years back. However, Blackhorse did charge me £30.00 for a "Collection Activity Fee" and "Late Payment Interest"

This happened because my partner refused to pay for the car. A very big mess but now I am left with the debt - you learn from your mistakes.

Anyway, my question is can I reclaim these back? I am thinking along the lines of unfair/unlawful charges - the same reason why my credit card charges were refunded back to me?

If I can, can someone help me? Any £££ will help me at this stage of my life!

Kind regards
