paying into HSBC e-isa

Hey everyone, I have an e-isa with HSBC and unlike my savings accounts and current account with them, there is no options next to the account like transfer money, nor can I transfer money into the account from my other accounts.
Does anyone else have one of these accounts and if so are they having the same problem?
I have had the account with them about 3 weeks and they have paid some interest into but I cant move money in or out of it.
any ideas?
