Do you always write like this or are you on a phone? You might get a better response if you put it into sentences.
If he signed the agreement at their premises, then he has no recourse. You could sell the car and use the proceeds to pay off the loan, but their cars are generally overpriced to start with, so he'd be in "negative equity".0 -
Yup, no get out clause unfortunately.
If there was, nobody would end up with a car from car craft. People only look at what they signed up to after it is too late.0 -

He is not being rude, but the way you are typing makes it hard to understand what you are saying. A full stop or capital letter makes it easier.
Can you give us more details? What has he bought, for how much and what deposit was paid?
What extras did he buy?0 -
Hasn't the car suddenly developed a fault. A hidden fault could render the contract nil and void.
Just a thought.Getting there! Thanks to you guys0 -

hi
well my son is stuck with this now, it will be a lesson to him to not do this in future, sorry to put this on but i was annoyed with this company, and they pushed this through so quick , i did not like that persons comment, and sorry i wrote it wrong, but i was annoyed with this company to push this sale through so quick, they did put an insurance with the car for the electrics, if they were to go wrong in the future, but with this on his aggreement would have cost him another four thousand in total, so we got rid of that, but anyway he is stuck with it , there is a lesson to be learnt by this im afraid we all learn the hard way
thanks for your comment0 -
*gasp* a little out of breath having read your 131-word sentence (reaches for Salbutamol inhaler):p I hope everything will be okay with the car - nine out of 10 it will be, but I've never heard of insurance to cover the electrics of a car. What was it, a Peugeot?:D
Carcraft are known for their sharp practice. Their vehicle acquisition arm, 'Webuyanycar.com' to you and me, will, as it says on their site, buy ANYTHING. Saying that, the price they quote you on the site, and the price they offer in the showroom (once your V5 is in their kung-fu grip) are very different... I don't know how rigorous their '120-point checks' are either :lipsrseal
Most of these 'warranties' that they bundle with a car sadly, are not worth the paper they are printed on. Now he has the car, he has to live with the responsibility of insuring, taxing, MOT'ing and most importantly, keeping up repayments on it. I'm sure he'll be okay with that.:cool:Probably the best Engineer in the World0 -
If he's over 18 and bought a car on credit then it's down to him to tax, insure and pay for it.
In return he gets to enjoy his new car0 -
Why is anybody surprised when a car salesman sells a car to someone? It's what they do for a living.0
