As the title says really - should a Landlord be sorting out the duff TV aerial/socket for a newly rented house that was signed for today?
There is nothing mentioned in the contracts either way. And lets face it, who takesa TV with them to check the Inventry...?

I would imagine the landlord, but are you sure the socket connection is faulty?0

strictly speaking if it wasnt in the contract then its not covered by the agreement.
however i would expect any LL to fix such an item, if fitted.
there is no legal requirement to supply an aerial socket.Get some gorm.0 -
