Help with share certificate

In 2001 I bought about 9000 shares in millwall holdings plc as they were only a couple of pence each. how much are they worth and do I still have 9000 or have they been consolidated to nothing?
How do I sell paper shares ?

    I'm still not 100% sure, but it looks like my 9000 shares have been taken away during a consolidation, you would have thought that I would have been told something.
