In the Paypal transaction there will be a green OK TO SEND message if it is.

What is the address (not specificially) but is it a transport company?

If you go into the transaction, the actual page for that payment, should so OK TO SEND or ELIGIBLE for seller protection.

Perfect, then you need to post to the address it gave (where it says LANCASHIRE on mine).

Do so within 7 days, via a trackable online means and with signature if over £150. Keep your certificate of posting for 180 days.

You are covered. Any problems, come back here and ask for help.

    thanks for the advice
Fairly new to selling on ebay and I was worried that perhaps it was a scam or something

It's not unusual, I have a customer who lives in Cyprus and I send all his stuff to a shipping company. But the main thing is, you are covered. Just keep the CoP for 180 days. Add the tracking ref to the Paypal transaction too, that will help if you lose it in the future.
