Help, I must have done it wrong, On my Account, P&P preferences, I have only excluded Italy from buying out of the European countries.
I've just checked my blocked bidder log & bidders from France & the Ukraine have been blocked, due to not being in a country I ship to.
Can anyone explain simply if there's somewhere else I should change my preferences.
