How do i pull paypal sales reports for different email addresses

Sorry, being obtuse this morning - can't remember for the life of me how to pull separate reports as I want to do my tax return so need to pull the reports linked to my business account...
Or is this done automatically when i log in with my business email?

    I can see how to filter by email when I look at my transaction history.
    But when I want to go to 'history' and then monthly sales report' where can i leave out transactions which came in on my personal ebay account and only have the business account sales and purchases?
    can anyone help??
