have i been missold a contract?

hi again, i called sky in jan to take out a sky+ deal, when the call taker was upselling the sky+hd pack, saying it was 3d ready etc, i advsied him i had a 3d tv, but didnt want to pay the £52 sky world, + £10.25 for HD (£62.25) a month for 3d programmes, when he replied the sky 3d pay per view is still available to me as my tv and box are both 3d ready.. great i thought as my gf and i bought the haye v harrison boxing match and noticed on hers that a 3d option was available, so i opted the sky+hd pack knowing the box was 3d enabled and i could pick a sky box office movie in 3d...so i thought, i came to order jackass 3d on sat night, only to be told i cannot do that as i dont have sky world/3d on my package... do i have any grounds???? or shall i just sell my 5 month 46" 3d led tv??
