Enduring Power of Attorney advice

Hi, mum has asked me to take over her finances, I know I need an enduring rather than ordinary sort as she is still compus mentis (just about!!;) ).

Has anyone any experience of this? Best website to purchase forms? She has accounts with Abbey & IF - has anyone encountered any problems with these 2? Any general advice?

Many thanks.

I am just doing this for a sick relative. If you look here http://www.guardianship.gov.uk/theservice/enduringpower.htm you will find all the information you need and you can download the form for completion. Make sure you download the notes and the document must be doubled sided.
