Tha t can depend on what the item is ie if its a game for the playstation that could really be copied then they may offer you a replace only, if its a shaver for eg then you prob get a refund Goodluck0 -
If there's a fault with the product...
We've made it easier!
If you bring it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase*, we'll give you a replacement or a refund.
If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

The 16 day money back gtee exclusion is if you change your mind about a product, not if it's faulty."Sumptus censum ne superet"
Mental blocks are just hurdles to overcome in life.
Yeah..whatever :rolleyes:0 -

Yes you are correct however if the item being returned is in a condition that would for example and very hypothetical been thrown around a room and in a terrible condition or a playstation game that is scratched very badly then the likely hood is that they would not recieve a refund it would be best to return the item to the store and see what happens0
