1. The promoter of this prize draw is Tourism Flanders-Brussels, Flanders House, 1a Cavendish Square, London W1G 0LD
2. Entries will only be accepted through the online entry form and is restricted to one entry per person. Tourism Flanders accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances or other documents related to the prize. Spammers will be disqualified.
3. Entries for this competition must be received before midnight on 6 June 2011. No purchase necessary.
4. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
5. Tourism Flanders’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner will be notified by email after 10 June 2011. Once notified the winner must contact Tourism Flanders within 30 days, to make arrangements to take their prize.
7. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of
   Tourism Flanders, their immediate families and anyone else connected to the competition.
8. The prize includes a pair of Eurostar tickets to Brussels plus 2 nights’ accommodation at a 3* hotel based on two people sharing a room in one of the following cities of your choice: Brussels, Antwerp, Bruges, Ghent, Mechelen or Leuven.
9. The winner is responsible for all other costs incurred as part of the prize including but not limited to all beverages, spending money, meals and all other travel outside of that specified.
10. This prize must be taken and travel completed before 31 December 2011, and cannot be taken during trade shows, high season dates and over public holidays.
11. All travel must originate in UK.
12. Any changes to the duration of the holiday are subject to approval by Tourism Flanders-Brussels and any additional costs must be paid for by the winner.
13. Tourism Flanders reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the promotion should exceptional circumstances prevent it being run.
14. Tourism Flanders-Brussels will not be liable for any expenses whatsoever incurred by passengers failing to make the departure times shown on their tickets.
15. Passengers must ensure that they comply in full with all the relevant customs and immigration requirements including the appropriate passport and visa requirements.
16. Passengers are responsible for their own travel insurance.
17. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize or travel dates will be offered. Once a confirmed booking has been made, reservations may not be changed.
18. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
