Would this affect our tax credits?
Husband works full time and we only get child tax credits and child benefit. I don't work and we have two kids under 2 years old.
Husband runs a photography business outside his main job. We have enquiries for people wanting a female photographer, for a shoot that'd last a couple of hours and would give us around £150-300 or more.
Do I start working again? I may get no shoots for months, or do one or two then none then get inundated! How would this unpredictability affect our tax credits?
I probably not want to do more than 2 a week as we wouldn't want the kids in childcare yet (so husband would have to babysit at the weekend).

Yep I know that. I used to be a photographer running the business jointly with my husband before I had the sproglets.
I am just wondering if it would be worth doing or not? Thanks for the warning Rhysdad, sounds about right! Oh why can't it be simple?! (haha)Pay off CC debt by Xmas 2017 #095 £0 of £11,416 :eek:0
