Tax Credits a day early

Today i received my working & Family Tax credits in my account today ( usual amount) i dont usually grt these till thursday, anyone else the same or know why??

It's a day early because their is a bank holiday tomorrow in northern Ireland.

I received a payment from tax credits today which differs from my normal amount, (and I don't normally get mine til Thursday) I assumed it was this extra payment that some people are getting.

Ours has gone in today, instead of the usual Thursday.

Mine have also gone in today instead of tomorrow, didnt realise when there is a bank holiday in Ireland it affects the english payments, you learn something every day on this site

That's a relief to hear....I was so suspicious when the money was in a day early, I wasn't going to use it!!

i got mine on thursday i usually get it today so dont think its because of the bank hols
