how to arrange courier for item I bought

Hi,
quick bit of advice needed please. An item I wanted off ebay was collection only. I spoke to buyer who said the only reason was that it was too heavy for her to take to PO (25kg), but said she would be happy for me to arrange my own courier. How do I do this?
I have looked at a few sites and they seem to vary greatly in price (£10 up to nearly £100! - any reason why?). The majority of them state 'printer required'. I am assuming that is to print a delivery note for the package, but as the package is elsewhere I can't do that can I ? Does that mean I just pick one that does not require printer, and then just ask the seller to label the package for me by just writing my name and address on it?
Also the seller has asked for an AM pick up. Can anyone answer my questions above, and reccommend a courier firm please? I preferably need the item before the weekend, so need to book the courier today and probably need a 48 hour service.
Thanks.

I use parcelmonkey. They email you a link which you click on to show the delivery label. For collections, I just email the link to the person its being collected from, get them to print it out and put it on the parcel.0

olias, regarding prices - reliability/insurance etc0

I have used www.interparcel.com several times using the 'no printer' services.
I think you might struggle to find one that offers a timed collection though, you might be able to manipulate a PM collection by booking just before the cut off but this is not guaranteed and I don't think you can select an AM collection. Would be interested to find one that does offer this rather than wait in all day!0 -
Thanks all,
I went with parcelmonkey, as they had an offer on of just under £10 for next day delivery with £100 insurance, which for a 25kg parcel is amazing value. They use DHL or City Link so hopefully should be reliable. They couldn't guarantee AM pick up, but hopefully the seller I'm buying from won't be too peed off over that.

The seller may have stipulated an am pick up as she won't be at home in the afternoon. In which case you may have lost your £10 as when I book a collection it always says that they will only call once to collect. In my area the drivers have said they generally have too many deliveries to collect in the morning even though they are often in my street mornings.0

Hi, hopefully not. The seller wanted an AM collection but said that if not, they could sort soemthing out with a neighbour if they absolutely had to.

That will be ok then.0
