i sold an item 4 days ago, i sent an invoice as soon as they won the auction, and another yesterday
the buyer has made no contact at all
would you think i was jumping the gun if i opened an unpaid dispute today?

No. Ebay gives 4 days because it's a more than reasonable length of time.0

My tardy buyer paid up last week, after I opened the dispute, with the apology: "sorry i'm late paying, I kept forgetting"!They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0
