should i start an unpaid case

i sold an item 4 days ago, i sent an invoice as soon as they won the auction, and another yesterday

the buyer has made no contact at all

would you think i was jumping the gun if i opened an unpaid dispute today?

No. Ebay gives 4 days because it's a more than reasonable length of time.

I have the same thing, sold an item Sunday, not a dickie bird from the buyer, really annoying as they were the only bid. What's wrong with people!

My tardy buyer paid up last week, after I opened the dispute, with the apology: "sorry i'm late paying, I kept forgetting"!
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.
