seller delaying in ebay resolution

Hi I bought some bedding of ebay and this was almost 2 months ago.. the seller said they posted them 3weeks after i paid.. which was when i contacted them.. had no reply.
So I opened item not rec.. then they said where they posted.. how much etc.. and I have to claim from royal mail..
I have said they should claim as tbh I dont have the time to go to post office and I dont have any of the details etc.. they said they send me receipt etc..

Question I have is how long do I have to wait?
I want my refund now not 16th April which is when case closes.. only option I see is close case..
This seller is delibaretly delaying..
any advice?

Have you opened a full INR claim and escalated it as if so that shouldn't still be open after all this time as seller get sonly 10 days to prove delivery.

Where did you open the claim, ebay or paypal and what does it actually say? I have a fear here that you have not escalated it and may be running out of time to do so.

He has to refund you, then he can claim from royal mail. You didn't send it you have no claim against royal mail.

the seller said they posted them 3weeks after i paid.

    Flipping heck!

Bargain - have you checked your Paypal account? If the refund was issued on 2 March as that appears to say, then it should be on its way back to your account by now.
