Bored of waiting for an invoice with combined postage

Excluding the weekend, I've now been waiting 3 working days for an invoice for 4 items with combined postage (as it states on each of the items descirptions). It's only a saving of about £4, but since the items are not of a great value, it is enough for me to not want to pay the extra £4.

How much longer should I wait? I have sent several total requests with messages and sent the seller messages. It is a large eBay shop but still. I want my pretties! (but I don't want to to pay £4 more postage)

I'm of half a mind to get the same items with another seller (who will combine postage and has already answered my question about it). But I don't fancy 4 NPB's against me.

(grumpy face)

I was going to post in yoru thread, but didn't want to hijack it!

I've bought prams (ahem... a few) from eBay. One was from a new seller. I just paid by paypal and it did arrive. The good thing with paypal is that if it doesn't turn up the chargeback is pretty simple. But yes, I would be offput by non responce. I'd be inclined to give it one more go stating that you will pay as soon as they reply to you. You could argue it out with eBay if the seller tried to get a non paying buyer case.

i had this same problem last week.

contacted them through contact buyer with no response, asked for total from buyer no response.

in the end i contacted them through one of their other auctions they had going stating that i had bought items of them and needed a combined invoice so i could pay for the items as it was needed this week for a party otherwise i wanted them to cancel the purchase and i would buy elsewhere. within a couple of hours i had a message and combined postage from them :)

I wonder if there is a problem with invoicing, I have sent 3 so far to a buyer the first and second with contact & collection detail, the first two they claim not to have got , the third with payment and postage details sent today so not had feedback on the third yet, I always pay as soon as, i don't wait to get an invoice. The buyer has kept in regular contact via ebay email so i am hoping it will all come good. One other invoice to Germany has not had a response yet either.

They haven't been replying to messages either.

I've sent my last message asking for an invoice (or even just a reply)and if not then I'll be buying from and paying someone else. I'll take the BPB strikes and dispute it.

I think you can get out of buying if you contact ebay and tell them what is happening.
