Message from ebay says 3 days for refund

Ebay said seller has 3 days to refund me, do they mean 3 days or 3 working days? I was assuming since they didn't actually state working days then that doesn't apply? Or am I being too simplistic?

Seller hasn't refunded yet and not sure how long to give before escalating.
