Feedback opinions please

I won a shirt on 26th Feb.

On 3rd March I had a message from the seller to say she had sent me the wrong item and could I return it to her, and she refunded me £2.00 for postage.
I said sure, but it hadnt arrived yet, and had she sent my shirt to someone else.

She replied to say no she had just sent me the wrong item and was keen to get it back, Ive since had several more emails from her on the subject, so finally yesterday I asked if she had also sent the shirt and she says No she will post it on Monday.

Now I am keen to get the shirt I have paid for, I am rather miffed that all her efforts are directed at getting her belongings back and not at fulfilling my transaction, although she has been perfectly pleasant throughout.

Am I being unreasonable and any suggestions for feedback/stars.

Untill you recieve the actual Item you haven't really got the full picture to decide on FB. Wait for that then make a decision.

Regardless of the outcome I'd be looking for very low stars on communication already! I'd also be looking at a 2* for despatch time, I can't believe she has already waited over a week without posting your item, it's hardly your fault she sent the wrong one to start with.
