1. Entry into the draw will deemed as acceptance of these rules and any separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.

2. This prize draw is open to any UK resident over the age of 18 who submits their name and an email address in the Very.co.uk Facebook promotion.

3. Employees of Shop Direct Group companies and anyone else involved in the operation of the draw are excluded from entering. The closing date for entry is midnight 20/03/2011.

4. There are 2 prizes, each consisting of 2 tickets to see the live recording of the Celebrity Juiceshow; one pair for the show on 30th March 2011 and one pair for 13th April 2011. Transport to and from the venue is not provided and winners are responsible for all costs associated with attending the event. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize in the event of the original prize being unavailable. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

5.The draw will be made on 21st March 2011 by random selection from all valid entries received. The winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond in time to receive the tickets, the promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner at random from the remaining entries.

6. By entering the draw, entrants agree that if they win, their details may be disclosed to anyone requesting a list of prize winners. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity relating to this promotion.

7. Details of the winners will be available after 21st March 2011 by sending a stamped address envelope to Very.co.uk/Celebrity Juice Competition, Park Lane, Netherton, LIVERPOOL, L72 1LF.
