Poor thing, he must be so bored and you're so worried, you must need cheering up
Has he got access to an ipod?are there any podcasts related to schoolwork you could get ie shakespeare or english related?
I have asked school to send me some work, or at least an idea what the new topics are this term, but its all gone quiet. if they do get back to me then this might be a good idea, thank you!
I even had a call yesterday asking me why my son was not at school, which I was annoyed about, and again asked for some details about studying at home, but ive not had any reply yet. Hes not really into music, if he was then that would help pass a few hours.
I got him a few books on CDs from the library over the half term, he's got 'day of the triffids' 'Father ted' and something by Anthony Horowitz (his favourite writer at the mo). Which is occupying him at the moment.
He helped me build his new bed yesterday, so he's now even more happy to 'chill' in his room. Just took him to my mums (shes not well either, and needed some supplies) Then went to his favorite cafe for a bag of the best 'home made' chips in town....boy is he getting pampered, chips for dinner!:rotfl:0
