If the question does not appear at all it could be because you have entered the comp through one of their other local newspapers.

'As an Examiner customer we and other Trinity Mirror companies and partners may contact you from time to time by phone or post with details of exclusive offers.'

I cannot see a way that this unwelcome supervention can be avoided.

Perhaps someone could elucidate if this is not so.
