sky.com>click help bar a top of screen > Click contact us at far right of the page > Work through the steps till step 3 > Click Email us in step 3 at bottom of page > Log into Mysky > Write your query
The ammount of times i have to tell folk this at work is unbeleivable
There is no live customer service advisor service online i believe if its a complaint this is the fastest way to get it resolve unfortunately0
