My item has not arrived.......

Hi Guys

I sold some stuff on eBay and sent them all on the same day. I sent them via works post, every single item has been received except for one.

Now this item was a DVD and it fetched a decent price and I am dubious about this guy.

Is there anything I can do? I am going to see on Monday if work send it recorded somehow. Its my own fault, I should have sent this item signed for. But any chance I have a leg to stand on?

To claim from RM you will need proof of posting for that particular item, if you do not have proof of posting you will loose the money for the item as Ebay will side with the buyer and you have no proof to claim back the price of the item from RM.

Personally I would never post personal mail through the work mail system.

reckon you'll need to refund and take the hit on this one.

Best not to make too big a fuss, the HMRC might 'look into' using the office postroom for Ebay as a taxable benefit-in-kind.

Aye, I thought this maybe the conclusions.

Think my eBay reign maybe coming to an end tbh, too much hassle.
