Paypal dispute

Just wondering if I could get any advice regarding a paypal dispute I've currently got.

I paid for a camera through Ebay/paypal but after ordering it and assuming it was being sent from the UK the tracking info we got from the seller showed the camera was being sent from Hong Kong.

Anyway the courier failed to delivery the camera and by this time we had put in a dispute. The camera has ended up being sent to the seller and we are still waiting for the dispute to sorted out.

The thing is now the seller has given a refund of sorts (it was just a straight payment with refund in the heading) for roughly £70 less than what the camera was purchased for but the refund wasn't through the dispute so will paypal take that into account or will they refund us the full amount?
