First Direct credit card 0% for 15 months

I've just been offered a FD credit card - 15 months 0% on balance transfers with a 2.9% fee. Thats not bad at all for a 15 month loan.

Not really any use to me as I don't need to borrow any money but might be of use to some.

Or is it only for FD customers (I got it offered in an email as a customer) - I'm not sure on that one.
