hiya i signed up to paypal and filled in my card details..address and bank account details.. and bank address
it then said they have
what does this mean??

It is standard and it is needed to verify your account. no, it's their bank account verification. when you can see what the two amounts are, you have to fill them in on the paypal website to make sure that the account in fully verified.

Its a standard verification. You have to check the 2 amounts-pennies and then when you have them input them into a verification page on paypal. They do this so that it is definately your bank linked to your paypal:A NI FEIDIR ACH LE DIA BREITHIUNAS A DHEANAMH ORM0
