My brother bought some skiing bindings in December but did not actually unpack them until late January as he was away skiiing for a month. The seller kept pestering for feedback and got quite pushy even though he explained he was away.
A week ago he went to the local outdoor shop to get them fitted to his spare skiis but the fitter refused to do it on the grounds they were not safe. He explained that they were not suitable for ski touring which is the type of skiing he does.
Now he was out of time for a PayPal or E-Bay dispute due to his holiday so he wrote to the seller explaining what the shop had said. The seller was really rude about the shop's opinion but did finally offer a refund minus postage costs.
However they wont give the exact address in Greece until my brother decides if he will use DHL, UPS OR FEDEX. My brother wants to use Pharos as his tracked carrier and cant book it until he has the address. What can he do

Email the seller and tell them what carrier he has chosen to use, that's what he asked him to do isn't it?We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

Just tell him you're sending it by FedEx then, they should then give you an address and you can go off and book whoever you want. I don't see how/why the choice of courier will affect what address the seller gives you.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0
