Virgin Rate Hikes

in Credit cards
Hi, I am looking for advice regarding the above if anyone can help or give guidance what I should do. I have had a Virgin card for about 3 years and in June 2010 time my monthly payments jumped from £85 approx to £210 a month on my last payment. I have read the posts on here, but there appears to be a 60 day limit on time to contact them. I have not received any letters, I suppose I am partly to blame by not really checking why the payments had gone up so much, just starting to feel the £210 a month going out my account. Is it to late to do anything other than try and transfer or is it worthwhile going to virgin/ombudsman to see if I can get initial rate back and money refunded?
Any advice would be much appeciated.
Thanks

They will have sent you a letter or advice in your statement. You can try phoning them but they won't be under any obligation to lower your rate.
Keep an eye out for future rate increases and reject them if you're comfortable with nt being able to use the card.0
