Ebay messages have stopped being forwarded to my phone

Hi,
I was quiet happily getting my ebay messages sent to me on my blackberry via my orange email address...Then all of a sudden I got everything from ebay and elsewhere forwarded but not ebay questions..

I thought it was a fault with orange so changed my e-mail address with ebay to my sky one ( I had to update it, in 3 different places) each time I thought I had cracked it but didn't, found the 3rd place yesterday but now the sky email address sends everything but ebay questions..

Does anyone know why this would be or has it happened to you?

I am going away soon and need to have them sent to my phone as I wont have access to the computer.

Hello, there is an Ebay help page that talks about messages getting sent to junk mail folders if they go through too many steps to reach you. As a question from a user goes through an added step to get to you this maybe where the fault lies.

Only other thing I can find out is that as RIM have their own mail servers / system that might be causing the problem. This wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Push_e-mail suggests that Blackberry will only work with hotmail or yahoo so you may need to change again. The advantage of a hotmail account would be that if you got stuck then a visit to an internet cafe would enable you to access your mail.

You may get better answers to this problem on the Ebay community pages as it's sure to have happened to others on there.
