Help?
I listed an item, with wrong info,
it has finished, and i now realise my error in the wording of what i wrote that could be misleading:(

They buyer has not payed. I have written to buyer telling him the correct info, apoligised and said i would cancel sale if he was not happy.
He wants the sale cancelled.
So do i have to wait for 4 days & go down the dispute route to get it closed and get fees back, ticking the mutually agreed to cancel box?

You can send a mutual cancellation & if the buyer responds & accepts then you get your fvf's back & you can then relist it again.

I believe you can mutually cancel the sale as soon as you want to.

  • Go to MY EBAY - RESOLUTION CENTRE - I want to cancel a transaction - then follow the prompts from there.
