What courier to use for a 3kg camera & lens, value £400?

Just trying to ensure we do not get stung by Paypal as Special Delivery is coming out at £22. What courier service do people use these days for heavy, valuable items? I see Parcel2go will not insure cameras.

    I would go for SD. 22 pounds is not huge compared to 400 value. Carriers are going to be much the same after you pay extra for insurance and as you have found many have long lists of excluded items. If you do choose to use a carrier check the insurance small print very carefully.
