So We have just moved into a new flat which according to the agency and the landlord is 30B. 30B doesn't actually exist.
Post office + Land registery only have 30 & 30A
Council Tax Band Search site thingy had 30 & 30A & 2nd Floor Flat 30A.
When we change our address with banks etc we have to use 30A, what should I do about the TV license? Changing it online only brings up 30A but I could do the postal address change and write the full details on there.

If your landlord has not built this new "flat" to code and informed the relevant authority's then your flat will not show up on the postcode databases, as you have found out, therefore it will probably not be on the TVL databse and will not be flagged up as not having a licence, probably same with council tax.
Make of this what you will.0 -
no it has been flagged with council tax, thats the only place that seem to know there is 30a and 2nd floor flat 30a0

We had the same problem with our flat. Council knew exactly what had happened. No one else (including electric, water, tv licence or royal mail) seemed to know. I would contact royal mail and ask for it to be added to postcode database. Then I would either phone up tv licensing or if there is an option to do it by post then do that. Maybe even write a covering letter - "We are not properties x, y or z and the correct address is..."
I took little notice of tv licence as I didn't ever watch or use the TV - my flatmate had it in her bedroom and paid for it by monthly dd. However we started getting threatening letters and when I phoned them up, as I was thinking it might be an addresss mix up, they told me my flat mate had been paying for a licence for next door for over a year! They got it swapped over quickly enough I think... as far as I know anyway!Indecision is the key to flexibility0
