Hi all,
Have just been on the Which website to try and get advice on how to reclaim any bank charges and they have some drafted letters to download which is very helpful. :T
However, letter two states that I am a loyal customer and I have maintained my account well blah blah.
My question is what if you havent maintained an account that well are you still in with a chance of reclaiming money, as my partner is always over his overdraft and being charged monthly. I was just wondering was there any point on his behalf??
