hi i bought myself a ps3 on ebay for 230 quid for the top spec model
ive been informed by the seller that the payment is under review?
what does this mean?
payment was from paypal funds..

In that case it could be just routine, sit and wait for seller to do something. If nothing happens in a day or two start emailing them for a shipment date. i havent got any messages off paypal just says completed..

my paypal account was only setup yesterday and not verified yet..Sealed pot challenger # 10

yeah been reading on google etc that apparently its to combat fraud? but wouldnt paypal have told me they are holding the payment..
apparently its a 24 hour thing
