Vanqius, do their customer service people know anything?

I transferred the balance of my Vanquis card to my partners card last week due to the interest, his company have informed us they have paid my balance but my card with vanquis is still showing my balance as it was. turns out there were notes on their system to call me regarding proof of transfer, they wanted internet proof but said they didnt have an email address that i could send it to, have been trying to find out what else i can do and after speking to 5 different people and getting 5 I dont knows, let me check with my supervisor i have now been referred to their fraud dept who finally gave me an email address. not impressed by the service at all, this was on top of them telling me they could cancel my id protection that i didnt want and it turns out they cant so that has cost me too since i stupidly didnt check my statements properly:mad::mad::mad:

I've read a few people have had issues transferring from Vanquis.

Not just them, I notice Barclaycard can delay balance transfers by 10 days on their website while additional checks are made.
