How long should I wait?

Sold a bag on ebay on Sunday. To date I still haven't received payment despite sending an invoice and a 'kind reminder' email.

I can see on their account that they bought something today, so they haven't had computer problems.

My question is - what do I do now? How long should I wait and should I contact ebay?

open a npb dispute maybe it will give them a kick up the bum to pay - if not they get a strike and if they get too many they wont be able to buy on ebay as alot of people have bidders with more than two npb strikes blocked from bidding on their items

I think (someone will be along shorty I'm sure and will confirm) you can open a case after four days - this is normally how long I leave it.

Ok - thanks for that - 4 days is tomorrow, so I'll open a case.

You can open a case after 4 days and then close it 4 days later if not paid.

Buyers tend to pay within 24 hours of getting one!

I sent another reminder, but this time stating that I would contact ebay in the next 24 hours if I didn't receive payment............hey presto I got an email back straight away, saying she had had problems with her computer and would be paying immediately. Strange that she was able to buy other ebay stuff in the 4 days after my auction ended!!!!!! Nevermind, at least I got the payment.
