Best ISA for 2011 - Would appreciate advice on what is the best one for 2011.

Easy, the one that pays the highest interest!

You're also going to have to decide what level of access you require. Best deals are available to you if you can lock the money away for 2/3/4/5 years etc.

I normally put the maximum in cash the first week of April.

Does anyone think it may be worth delaying this, in the hope rates may go up?

I use Hargreaves Lansdown as their ISA is one of the cheapest and most flexible (for funds anyway, not so good for shares directly)

santander have one called --easy isa--- 0.10%

how are they allowed to get away with it?

All the ISA rates tend to go up in the middle of March ! - for a short period.
