Balance Transfer from H Samuel Store card

I have just tried to transfer the remaining balance on my H samuel store card to my new Barclayscard (got the long 0% deal). However, when I give the card number and expiry date of the H Samuels card to the Barclaycard call centre they can only find F Hinds listed, not H Samuel.
Can I call H Samuel to find out what number I should be giving to Barclaycard? Im not sure if I should be telling them that I am balance transferring or not.
Sorry if this seems like a silly question but balance transfers are a new venture for me so some help would be appreciated

You should not need to give them expiry date but 3 pieces of information
-sort code
-account no
-16 digit long card number on the front (something that designates you as a unique customer)

No need to mention balance transfer to H Samuels-if you are still confused.

Above details should be on the back of your statement.

...in which case you'll probably need a super balance transfer card such as MBNA, Egg, et al which will let you pay cash into your current account at 0% for up to 16 months (4% fee applies).
