Whats the Cheapest way to buy Fidelity Moneybuilder ?

I have been considering it for some months now and i have decided to put a toe in proper investing. From everything i have read Fidelity has the cheapest tracker around which is what i want to start with.
However Motley Fool is advertising this tracker so i am wondering if there is any way to get it cheaper so that i get the commision or part of it instead of motley fool etc??
Thanks for your time

This fund is so cheap on most platforms that the cost of delay by just one day could wipe out any gains you may make on looking for lowest charges.
