sp2 hangs

in Techie Stuff
i downloaded sp2 from the Microsoft website and tried to install that it gets right near th end and hangs for about half an hour and then it come up wit the error reporting box and has send to Microsoft and don't send i click don't send restart my computer dowent work it just freeze on the back ground when i log in and a load of errors come up so i have to use go back.
