How about something like this: http://www.activitysuperstore.com/Hobbies-and-Interests/Memberships/Twelve-Months-Ride-Membership-with-British-Cycling/c11pNCYM/
It's not like buying a gym membership, but encouraging a new healthy hobby which you could enjoy together (assuming you would want to cycle together of course). They also have walking experiences if that's more your thing: http://www.activitysuperstore.com/Outdoor/Walking/Nature-Walk-in-the-Peak-District-for-Two/c6pNPEA/0 -
You could get a little box and type up 365 reasons why you love her then she would open one each day until next valentines day. I did this for my husband very cheap and very thoughtful!! the reasons can be loving, nice, funny or romantic for e.g
I love you because........... your beautiful
I love you because........... you are a fab wife
I love you because........... you have a great husband (lol)
I love you because........... you work hard
it seems hard to do but once you get started you will get 365 reasons!
good luck xx0
