Help URGENT! DVD WONT PLAY

im having trouble playing a dvd on my laptop ...the file system for this dvd is UDF and its an IFO file...im trying to get it to play in either windows media player or cyberlink ,all other dvds work fine but ive just received this one from lovefilm and im getting these messages:
